We recommend sharing these transition books with your child to support a discussion about the changes in year group, classrooms and staffing. They could use it to talk about the transition days they had with their new teachers in their new classrooms in the summer term. Perhaps you can share them towards the end of the summer holidays to support your child in preparing for the return to school in September.
