Our curriculum has been designed considering the area in which we live and aims to provide the children with hands-on experiences to bring learning alive. It has been specifically devised to ensure complete coverage of the key knowledge, skills and concepts required by the National Curriculum and to meet the needs of the children in our school.

Bespoke termly overviews have been written, in line with the National Curriculum expectations. 

Throughout a child’s time in school, the class teacher continually assesses their learning informally. Parents are told of their child’s progress at two parent consultation meetings and in two written report
