Kent offers several adult mental health services, including the 24/7 Release the Pressure helpline for immediate support, the Kent and Medway NHS Partnership Trust (KMPT) for secondary mental health services, and Live Well Kent for community support with everyday life. For urgent help, call 0800 783 9111 or NHS 111 (option 2). Other resources include Safe Havens for out-of-hours drop-in support, the Samaritans helpline (116 123), and the Shout text service (text SHOUT to 85258).

KMPT Mental Health Crisis Line: For urgent advice and guidance, call 0800 783 9111 (24/7).
NHS 111 (option 2): A mental health crisis line.
Samaritans: Call 116 123 for 24/7 confidential support.
Shout: Text SHOUT to 85258 for free, confidential, 24/7 text support.
Accident & Emergency (A&E): Go to your nearest A&E or call 999 if you are in immediate danger.

Kent and Medway NHS Partnership Trust (KMPT): Provides secondary care mental health services, including community support and crisis resolution.
Live Well Kent: A community service that helps with everyday living, staying active, and meeting new people.
Kent and Medway Safe Havens: Drop-in centers offering mental health and crisis support in a non-clinical setting for those aged 18+ in Kent.
Porchlight: Offers mental health and wellbeing support for people in Kent. Call 0800 567 7699 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm).
