During Term 3, we will be exploring and learning more about humans. Through carrying out a family questionnaire and investigating enquiry questions in school, we will gain a clear understanding of how humans grow and change as they age. Further into the term, we will extend our learning to look at animals and their gestation periods - can we spot any patterns? 

We will explore the following questions: 

How do humans change over time? 

How can we investigate changes as we progress through the lifecycle?

If you are older, do you have a bigger head circumference?

We will explore this question within our classes before visiting other year groups to see if we spot similar patterns.

What can the size of animals tell us about gestation periods?

We will explore a variety of animals to discover the data for each of these categories using secondary sources. Once we have all our information, we can identify any patterns or anomalies.
