Be attentive – lock in to learning, concentrate, get lost in the task, work through challenges, draw diagrams or make jottings to help me think, recognise and reduce or manage distractions, be resilient. Create my own best environment for learning; use logical and rational skills to work things out methodically. I need to see, find and notice things through close observation, identifying detail. I need to work systematically with an awareness of time.
