The two characters bring out the best in each other, challenge each other, and help each other grow.
Through the adventure, Dory helps Marlin learn how to trust and let go.

While, for Dory, she admits, “I remember things better with you.

Clownfish live in warm, shallow parts of the Indian and Pacific oceans. They inhabit coral reefs where sea anemones are found. Each fish makes its home among the tentacles of an anemone, called the host. A dominant female, her male mate, and a few young clown fish may live within one anemone. Clownfish are omnivores, they eat algae, small crustacean and any food left by the anemone.
Clownfish migrate to deeper waters during the winter to stay warm.
They can communicate by making popping and clicking noises.

Blue tang are small fish native to coral reefs in the Indo-Pacific. The animals are easy to spot, thanks to their characteristically vibrant colorations of royal blue and canary yellow. Juvenile tangs are bright yellow. These fish can make themselves semi-transparent to evade predators. Their coloring is a warning to predators that they are poisonous. They are omnivores but mostly eat algae. They have small sharp teeth to nip and scrape algae off the coral reef.
